Technical Writer, 2 month contract | Digital Agency | Melbourne

Requirments:

  • Knowledge of Sitecore
  • Audit and rewrite Sitecore user guide:
    • Audit current state of user guide
    • Finalise recommended structure, overall and per section
    • Update current parts of user guide with new structure / layout
    • New sections of user guide that were identified in audit

    • Creation of MVP for website
    • Definition phase - review strategy, card sorting and develop IA

  • Main requirements:
    • Requirements Document - Elicit and document business requirements (perform current state analysis, client stakeholder interviews and document review) as well as user requirements. Work with client and internal team to prioritise feature backlog
    • Functional Specification: Markup components / templates and technical detail documentation e.g. document process flows, matrix rules, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Agency - Works across a number of disciplines including brand strategy and identity, corporate and marketing comms, environmental, experiential, digital & film.

  • Role - Support two Account Directors in rolling out a number of large branding & marketing communications projects.  The role won’t be client facing but will involve liaising with production/distribution partners and the internal team.
