- PM certifications - Scrum, Prince2, PMP
- Experience beyond an agency environment, in the (digital) IT department of a big company or consultancy
- Prepare for and attend client steering committees
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management experience, verbal and written
