Responsibilities:
Building capability across Agile roles and teams, working with a team of coaches and clients to ensure capability growth targets are met
Coaching and embedding transformational change within product delivery teams
Facilitation of key events, ceremonies and workshops
Content creation and delivery of key learning activities
Provide leadership to delivery teams, inspiring and motivating them to adopt an Agile way of working to deliver successful outcomes
Maintaining predictable delivery, managing the flow of work and performance of the team
Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Client Lead to provide early visibility and transparency of delivery outcomes and ensure mutual alignment with program goals
Requirements:
5+ years Scrum Master / Iteration Manager experience
Recent experience of large-scale Agile change and transformation preferable
Able to teach and coach fundamental Agile practices and instil Agile values and principles
Methodology agnostic with the ability to match Agile tools and practice to context
Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders on transformational change
Forecasting, planning and tracking to ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals
Experience in leveraging digital collaboration and tracking tools to support delivery
