  • Client facing - strategic and open approach.

  • Manage email campaigns from brief to execution.

  • Proactively manage platforms / technical issues.

  • Email marketing activities including campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, segmenting, and deployment of one-time / recurring / triggered / dynamic campaigns.

  • Send email proofs to clients.

  • Review briefs and draft reverse briefs for client approval.

  • General digital strategy.

  • Understand best practice in CRM.

  • Basic HTML experience is a nice-to-have.

  • CRM software experience.
