Responsibilities:
Support Producers & Business Analysts
Review new tickets from clients and update the descriptions with scope responses
Review defect tickets against functional specification documentation (FSD) scope
Help to update FSD
Take notes during client training workshops
Field calls from clients and 3rd parties
Requirements / nice-to-haves:
Competent with standard software & systems e.g. Excel
Competent with additional software & systems e.g. JIRA
A genuine interest in digital technology, bonus points for eCommerce (or shopping online)
An upbeat “can-do” attitude - eager to support the team, learn new skills, and grow within the business
