Responsibilities:
- Define project strategy and scope, create budget estimates, write Statements of Work and Change Orders, production estimates, job / budget tracking
- Manage multiple projects through the different phases of production; defining and controlling project scope and costs, managing project resources, delivering on-time and within budget
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned and committed to delivery per agreed project plans
- Manage interdisciplinary teams of designers, developers & freelancers to meet project demands
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee / identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Proactively identify opportunities and delivery improvements while following agency project management methodology and processes
- Coordinate with Technical Lead to determine overall department resourcing plan and assignments
- Lead the development of accurate and informed scopes of work including development plans, tagging plans, schedules, resources and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with new industry and technology trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Digital Producer in an agency environment managing complex productions
- Familiarity with PM software tools
- The ability to manage multiple clients, categories and projects with different timelines and deliverables
- A track record of gaining trust and respect with your sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills
- The ability to interact and collaborate with other departments within the agency to solve problems
- A track record of effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Effective, clear and concise presentation skills
