These programs engage audiences, drive revenue, build brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty and trust.

The person:

  • 360 degree leader - collaborates with clients whilst driving all facets of internal teams
  • Transforms knowledge of client objectives and customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Crafts clear, persuasive briefs and remains an active contributor throughout the creative process
  • Mines new, organic business opportunities with existing clients, by building relationships across organisations, and with key industry partners
  • Demonstrates initiative in improving the management and growth of partnerships
  • Drives innovation and marketing excellence (in a digital world)
  • Takes ownership of all areas of client delivery
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making decisions

Other Responsibilities:

  • Long-term account success and growth
  • Lead and manage Client Service & Production teams, ensuring that project goals are met
  • Development of direct reports, fostering a culture of growth within the agency
  • Build and maintain senior level client relationships
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about clients’ business and industry
  • Recognise and seize opportunities to contribute to agency new business (new clients)
  • Regularly inform Directors on status of business, including escalation as needed

Requirements:

  • Agency experience essential
  • 10+ years client service experience
  • 5+ years digital experience - websites & campaigns
