Responsibilities:
You will spend half your time working on your own key accounts. And the other half of your time will be spent supporting the Strategy Lead across projects and helping out as needed on new business pitches.
- Help design, conduct and analyse quantitative and qualitative research projects for clients and new business pitches
- Use primary and secondary research techniques to mine for consumer insights to help shape creative strategy
- Track relevant consumer and cultural trends and know how to apply them to your clients’ businesses
- Work with internal and external teams to author and shape creative briefs and lead inspiring creative briefings
- Partner closely with project teams to develop a deep understanding of each client’s business
- Support Strategy Lead across multiple projects
- Work closely with senior staff across new business pitches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3+ years experience working as a digital strategist or planner at a digital or creative agency
- Able to develop and defend a smart strategic POV
- Demonstrated interest in digital and social strategy
- Experience working with multiple quantitative and qualitative research methods to glean insights that can help shape creative
- Passionate about big ideas and the creative process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can create interesting, cogent and well-edited presentations
- Someone who is accountable, dependable and mature
