Group Account Director | Full Service Digital Agency | Sydney

Looking for the perfect combination of bold digital leadership and big picture thinking, backed by client services & production know-how.

We're after a Digital GAD who is big on both ends of the creative process - strategy & production. Someone who wants to bounce ideas off other great minds and actually create, not simply 'roll it out'.

Role:

The Digital GAD needs to lead and inspire others through collaboration and creation. As a client manager handling the complete spectrum of digital products, you'll need to be pretty savvy about:

  • Enterprise website builds - eCommerce highly regarded
  • Digital & TTL Creative
  • Social & Community Management
  • Search
  • UX
  • Application Development
  • Content Creation

All of this is in service of two highly coveted clients - fixing their problems, meeting their targets and increasing digital revenue along the way.

It's a big, involved job. It will give you a chance to workshop those great ideas you've been storing up and to practice what you preach. You won't be a cog in a machine, you will be thinking, doing, learning.

The place:

This agency has enjoyed many successes by exceeding expectations at every opportunity. There's also the benefit of being part of a leading marketing and communications group.

This agency ecosystem is populated with some of the best names in the industry. This is a hub of digital natives who don't just wear one hat and who all pitch in to get projects over the line.

They're also realists, this job shouldn't rob you of a life and by working together they all manage to keep a healthy work/life balance.

Also worth mentioning is that the agency provides perks for their employees that are as creative and large in scale as the campaigns they create for their clients.

Candidate:

Of course there's the usual team player, long-term relationship focused stuff. But we're also really gunning for an all-rounder - from strategy to project management - someone who appreciates the 'let's make things better mentality'.

Part of this is being a translator, being able to talk to clients and colleagues about highly technical concepts in a way that helps foster understanding, not apprehension.

Experience:

5+ years digital experience in an agency setting is desired.
