Building capability across Agile roles and teams, working with a team of coaches and clients to ensure capability growth targets are met
Coaching and embedding transformational change within product delivery teams
Facilitation of key events, ceremonies and workshops
Content creation and delivery of key learning activities
Provide leadership to delivery teams, inspiring and motivating them to adopt an Agile way of working to deliver successful outcomes
Maintaining predictable delivery, managing the flow of work and performance of the team
Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Client Lead to provide early visibility and transparency of delivery outcomes and ensure mutual alignment with program goals
Requirements:
5+ years Scrum Master / Iteration Manager experience
Recent experience of large-scale Agile change and transformation preferable
Able to teach and coach fundamental Agile practices and instil Agile values and principles
Methodology agnostic with the ability to match Agile tools and practice to context
Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders on transformational change
Forecasting, planning and tracking to ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals
Experience in leveraging digital collaboration and tracking tools to support delivery
Research - eCommerce reports, client customisations, competitors, new technologies, etc

Client Training & Platform Enablement - Launch Readiness Bootcamp (LRBC), software training, business management audits, new feature training, setting up A/B tests, search dictionaries, sorting rules, etc
Platform Release Management
Report & Analyse Client Data - Google Analytics, custom reports, identify trends, A/B tests to improve UX and conversion, provide insights & recommend actions for digital optimisation, diagnose causes of underperforming metrics & identify opportunities, make trackable & measurable recommendations
Data Tracking - implementation of analytics tracking & conversion tags for clients, identify changes in visitation / engagement / conversion rate
Requirements:
Proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Proficiency in Google Suite - Google Slides, Google Docs & Google Sheets
Data acquisition - Introduce new streams of data via external partners.
Storytelling - Building effective imagery and information to enhance library, presenting relevant and inspiring content to inspire action and conversion.
