The Role

Work alongside management and a dynamic team, dreaming up exciting marketing campaigns to see them come to life across digital, print and experiential channels. Take the reigns, meaning you can self-direct and move fast, unbound by restrictions due to the lean team and progressive environment. Truly harness your creativity and make things happen.

Marketing - Digital & Offline:

Creating an integrated marketing campaign strategy and leading a team to effectively execute it across multiple digital and offline channels (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc), using data analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions.

Community Relationships & Activations:

Overseeing and coordinating team to carry out samplings, activations and events, and effectively manage the operational processes and promotion of these events to ensure maximum engagement and return.

Online Store Management:

Overseeing a team ensure the website is up-to-date, fully functioning and managing the execution of updates and troubleshooting. Ensuring an excellent user experience for the website at all times and managing communications with online customers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with: Magento; Google Analytics; Bronto or MailChimp.

  • Experience with managing Web Developers.
