We're looking for an organised, reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Junior Producer to join the team at one of APAC's top digital agencies. A top performer who is eager to hone their skills and help build world-class online experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Senior Project Managers

  • Assist with maintenance of project management documentation

  • Assist in the developing of detailed functional specifications and documentation to clearly communicate scope and manage expectations

  • Complete detail testing and quality assurance on all assigned projects to ensure the final product is delivered to specification

  • Ensure all testing issues are logged

Management of (your own) minor projects

  • Manage end-to-end the production of website enhancements for existing clients and other small-scale projects

  • Manage production resources (designers / developers / QA etc) to deliver the projects

  • Personal responsibility for projects and the deliverables

Requirements:

  • 1+ years online / digital / web experience - agency or client side is fine

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills across all teams to get things done efficiently and correctly

  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic HTML, Photoshop

  • Exposure to wireframing tool(s)

Ideally, you have worked in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment, know how to work quickly and effectively, and can be counted on to deliver. You are hands-on and have good relationship skills. This is an immediate hire for a growing digital agency and to that end, management won't put a glass ceiling over your ambitions.
