Big role with a mid-sized digital agency - reporting directly to MD, managing one of the multi-faceted teams, working out roadmaps, leading client solutions, etc. Title TBC, but Team Lead / Client Lead / Program Director / Strategist all make sense. It’s not so much about the discipline you've come from, as you've probably outgrown it. It’s more about being smart, a natural communicator / translator (without the buzz words), someone who can take control from strategy to delivery.
