We’re always eager to meet new talent, and referrals from our network are invaluable.

When you recommend someone from your network, you help us connect the right people with the right opportunities - and we reward you for it.

How it works: When your referral is hired and completes their probation period, we’ll donate $1,000 to your chosen charity or provide store credit at your favourite retailer.

Requirements: Candidate must not already be in our system; role must be permanent; referral valid for 6 months from introduction.
