We're looking for a gun Digital Account Director…
- The liaison between the agency and the client
- The bridge between the brand and creative strategy
- The communicator between all the internal teams
- The mentor for junior members of the team

- You knows what it takes to build relationships - not just with the clients but internally as well
- You understand a client's business - what levers drive the machine - and find the best place for the agency in that model
- You understand any and all things digital and can strategically guide the client while knowing how to speak to their internal teams
- You know how to achieve growth on existing accounts and ensure world class work
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate effective day-to-day leadership of your team in terms of direction, opportunity identification and guidance
- Immerse yourself in client's business and not only champion business-building ideas but know how to effectively collaborate in order to bring those ideas to life
- Represent the client internally, partnering with production to ensure successful execution while delivering results that meet or exceed objectives
- Prioritise all account activities to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability
- Establish effective balance of advisory and advocacy skills with client and the team
- Find opportunities for innovation on current accounts
- Identify opportunities to help grow direct reports and advance them to the next level
Requirements:
- Commercially savvy, ambitious, emotional intelligence, able to read a room, social chameleon, a positive attitude to boot
- Adaptability, ability to multitask
- See the big picture and have the vision to drive big ideas and digital initiatives
- Knowledgeable about production / delivery
- Serve as part of cross functional team: strategy, creative, UX, design & build, analytics, production, etc
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree highly regarded
- 4+ years digital AND agency experience
